I heard a guy the other day say the word blood-runner. Hes into the occult. Anyone know what it means?

Made up "occulty" sounding word. Possibly associated with a role playing game of some kind.

Within the occult world titles only have meaning within the paradigms that use them. Very few words are held as having a universal meaning.
