How would you design a house to be last annoying?

Question by kclo4x: How would you design a house to be last annoying?

In example, have the toilet paper storage right next to the tiolet, have a design that is sound proof, designed for least amount of piping, Least heat lost, least heat absorbed, etc

do you guys have any other suggestions?

1) Insulated bathroom door so that you can't hear every toot.

2) His and hers closet so that you can put what you want the way you want in your own closet

3) TV room on the opposite side of the house from the bedrooms

4) Insulated garage and garage door to reduce extreme heat and cold

5) Wash room in the house instead of in the garage.

6) A trash compactor so that bulky trash doesn't build up

7) Closet lights that go off when the door closes
